A Friendly Note

Church Should Feel Like a Soft Place to Land

We know walking into a church for the first time can feel intimidating. Our hope is that your first visit with us is the opposite — a warm, simple, encouraging experience where you can take a deep breath and just be yourself.

You don't need to know the right words, wear the right clothes, or have the right answers. Just come.

Common Questions

Honest Answers

I've never been to church before. Is that okay?+

Absolutely. About a third of the people joining us on a given Sunday are first-time visitors or exploring faith. Come as you are — there is no experience required.

What if I don't know what to believe yet?+

You don't have to have it all figured out. We're a place for honest questions, not a place to perform certainty. Our pastor and church family will walk with you as you explore.

Will I have to sign anything or commit to anything?+

No. Your first visit is a no-pressure, no-obligation invitation to come and see. If at some point you'd like to make FBC Grayson your church home, we'll walk you through that when you're ready.

What if I'm coming from a different faith background?+

We welcome people from every background — Catholic, Protestant, non-denominational, no church background at all. We want to be a bridge, not a wall.

Is there a way to learn more before I visit?+

Yes! You can email us at info@fbcgrayson.org, fill out our contact form, or just show up on a Sunday. We'll be glad to answer any question.

Take the Next Step

Tell us a little about yourself, or just show up on a Sunday. Either way, we're glad you're here.
